These Terms govern your use of ForeGuide (the "Service"), operated by Holt Ventures LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ForeGuide.

Not financial advice. ForeGuide is an information and research tool. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Much of our content is forward-looking and estimated — dates may change and figures may be wrong. The "Expected Move" is a derived estimate based on options pricing, not a prediction. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always verify with official sources and consult a licensed professional before acting.

The Service

ForeGuide provides a forward-looking calendar of financial and market events, along with related data such as estimated dates and Expected Move figures. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

ForeGuide offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period, and it will not renew after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Prices may change; we'll give notice of any change before it applies to your renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Access, scrape, copy, or download the Service or its data using any automated means — bots, crawlers, scripts, or scrapers — or extract data in bulk by any method.
Copy, resell, republish, redistribute, or otherwise make our data or content available to others, whether for free or for a fee.
Use our data or content to build, train, or populate any competing product, service, dataset, or database.
Share your account, or resell or sublicense your access.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Use the Service for anything unlawful.

Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, written event descriptions, design, and the compiled event calendar as a whole — is owned by Holt Ventures LLC and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. The calendar is a proprietary compilation: individual facts may be public, but our selection, arrangement, scheduling, and enrichment of them is our original work. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any content you add (such as private notes) remains yours.

Proprietary Data and Confidentiality

Our forward-looking and estimated event dates, our Expected Move figures, our coverage and scheduling logic, and the underlying dataset are confidential and proprietary to Holt Ventures LLC, compiled through substantial time, effort, and expense, and are treated by us as trade secrets. Access to the Service does not transfer any ownership of, or right to extract, reuse, or disclose, this data or the methods behind it. You agree not to reverse engineer, or attempt to derive or reconstruct, our datasets, estimates, or methods, and not to use the Service in any way that would reasonably compete with it.

Data Accuracy

We work hard to keep information accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Estimated dates and figures are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Reliance on any information is at your own risk.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForeGuide and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above, and material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, US, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
