• Subscription and payment. Your plan, billing status, and renewal dates. Card payments are handled by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), who acts as merchant of record — we do not see or store your full card number.
• Your saved content. Preferences such as filters, language, theme, and any private notes you attach to events (available on paid plans).
• Usage information. Standard technical data your browser sends automatically, such as device type, general location, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service secure and improve it.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the calendar, including your visibility window and saved settings.
• To manage your account, subscription, and renewals.
• To send you service messages and, if you opt in, the weekly email digest.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

How We Protect Your Notes

Private notes you attach to events are encrypted on our server before they're saved to our database, so they're never stored in readable form. Each note is deleted for good 1 year after the event it's attached to.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make ForeGuide work and to improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. We use the following categories:
